After leaving Razorfish in late 2025, I spent the rest of the year and into 2026 freelancing at R/GA. My buddy and very talented writing partner, Diego Sarmiento (www.diegodidit.com), and I were brought in to work on the brand campaign and to pitch Super Bowl ideas for TurboTax. While we came in runner-up for the big game (shoutout to Michelle Passe for the amazing idea and insight. So glad we could help bring your vision as far as we did!), we quickly realized we were probably the most sports-obsessed people on the team.
Because of that, we also helped out on a series of NFL promo vignettes, some WWE cross-promotions, and most importantly, the big NCAA March Madness commercial with the TBS team, which we wrote and lead through production.
